Sadly due to the number of anglers not using our toilets on the farms and choosing to defecate around the lakes/banks/hedges we have had no choice but to install wildlife cameras. Anyone caught will be banned immediately.

My son, a friend and I were on the Centre Lake all day yesterday and we really enjoyed ourselves. There were lots of big fish and smaller ones to catch.
Thank you so much for allowing us to fish and we look forward to visiting you again soon.
Yesterday I got myself a PB with a 23lb Catfish and I'm over the moon with delight. I was a club member in the East Grinstead area for many years but I can honestly say since I started fishing at Dean House Farm I have had some of my best days yet and even better ones to come.
I have been booking the lakes at Newdigate on behalf of West Ewell Angling Club for over 20 years and always get a good attendance as the lakes are so picturesque and the swims easily accessible. Paddock is terrific for our Juniors matches. Snake is excellent for our Club matches but the jewel in the crown is Guinea lake - where else can you average 40lbs of Tench, Bream, Crucians and Orfe!
